Nutter, Superintendent Dr. William Hite, other dignitaries, and the community. Learn more about plans to renovate nearby Collazo Park too. The Trust for Public Land is a key partner in the City of Philadelphia’s Green2015 effort. The student-designed schoolyard at William Cramp Elementary School will include new play equipment, an artificial turf field, outdoor classroom nestled in a rain garden, and a performance space with outdoor musical instruments.
